Infinity Power designed and built a rugged PLC-based conveyor belt controller for underground mining applications, focusing on safety, reliability, and serviceability in harsh environments. The system integrates belt slip, pull-cord, chute plug, take-up, and sequence interlocks, ensuring compliant shutdowns and clear fault diagnostics.

All fabrication, enclosure modification, and panel assembly were completed in-house, including a custom air-to-air heat exchanger for thermal management. The finished skid-mounted system was fully wired, tested, and commissioned before deployment, minimizing underground install time and startup risk.
